We also assist our clients in real estate transactions involving public bid procedures.

Through an interdisciplinary approach we have assisted clients in several real estate transactions in the acquisition and development, construction, restoration and transfer of real estate, with industrial, commercial and health care destinations.

In addition to negotiating and drafting contracts, we usually take care of the necessary due diligence, including environmental, by coordinating the applicable experts’ audits which are necessary case by case, and the relating actions.

We assist our clients in entering into construction contracts also with public principals and through participating in public bids; when needed, we take care of pre-litigation phases as well as judicial litigation and arbitration.
